United States Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Warrior Enabling Broad Sensor (WEBS)

Fulcrum scientists, engineers, and program specialists provide mission critical services to the Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) that support advanced sensor technology research and development since 2006. Under this Prime Contract with a ceiling value of $1.8 billion, Fulcrum staff are currently providing customer-site support in the areas of thermal components and systems, airborne EO/IR systems and pilotage, soldier and ground-based laser components and systems, infrared materials sciences, advanced night vision components and devices, and operations support.

Office of Naval Intelligence, Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems (JDISS)

Fulcrum provides Systems Integration; Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) Portfolio Management; GCCS-I3 Portfolio Management; and Field Engineering Services in support of the Global Command and Control System Integrated Imagery & Intelligence (GCCS-I3). Services under our current support to JDISS include requirements definition, integration, testing and certification, life cycle management of systems and software, and operation of the JDISS JPO software integration laboratory facility.

Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE)

Fulcrum is developing and providing comprehensive tactical communications architecture plans that detail information technology equipment selection, installation, configuration, and other parameters to support actionable accomplishment of a tactical communications network architecture supporting operational missions and exercises. We orchestrate and develop full end-to-end operational network architectures in order to meet tactical user requirements encompassing data, satellite, single channel radio, voice, and video requirements.

USSOCOM Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN)

Fulcrum provides tactical automation support with flexible interfaces to communications, databases, and mission applications that collectively extend the equivalent fixed-base garrison Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) architecture to tactical units and remote operators. The TACLAN Program provides the automated infrastructure for the SOF Mission Planning Environment (SOMPE). SOMPE is an aggregate of interoperable Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government off-the-Shelf (GOTS) software applications that assists SOF users in mission planning and execution.

Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems (JDISS)

Fulcrum provides Engineering Systems and Software Integration (SI), Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) Portfolio Management, Global Command and Control System Integrated Imagery & Intelligence (GCCS-I3) development and integration, and Field Services support to the ONI JDISS mission.

United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine Combat Operations Center (COC)

Fulcrum provides tactical automation support with flexible interfaces to communications, databases, and mission applications that collectively extend the equivalent fixed base garrison C4ISR architecture to tactical units and remote operators. This effort will update and modernize the COC to a single baseline while reducing size, weight, and power requirements, replacing routers and servers, etc. The COC is an integrated, mobile command and control center consisting of shelter, power, cabling, processing systems, and trailers.
