Fulcrum Customer Satisfaction Assessment Report (CSAR)
Introduction: Fulcrum appreciates your ratings and comments as a direct input to our goal of continuously improving our customer’s satisfaction with our products and services. We are committed to administering this report at least annually to gather first-hand information on what we have done well and what should be done better. We will use the feedback to identify areas for improvement and shore up strengths that are important to our customers and our management team.
