“Apollo participants demonstrate enlightened leadership with programs and practices in employee development significantly exceeding those of the national average. As demonstrated in their acceptance speeches, these leaders are incredibly intentional about the employee experience that they create.” said Kathy Albarado, CEO of Helios HR and founder of the Apollo Awards.
Finalists were judged by an independent panel of senior HR executives and industry leaders amongst organizations of similar size in six main award categories: Ena (1-50 employees), Thio (51-100 employees), Tria (101-250 employees), Tessera (251-750 employees), Pente (1,000+ employees) and Hercules (Nonprofits).

More than 90 percent of participants said they planned to continue a relationship with their mentors.
