Stan Highsmith serves as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Maritime and Combatant Command Solutions for Fulcrum. With over 30 years of Government and Industry experience Mr. Highsmith is a seasoned veteran who brings world class talent to serve our nation’s Combatant Commands in the areas of Support Services, IT Services, Cyber Solutions, and Intelligence Analysts. He works with the customer to clearly delineate requirements and match those requirements with the requisite talent and innovation to help the customer succeed.

Before becoming a member of Fulcrum, Mr. Highsmith held several rewarding positions of increasing responsibility in Government and Industry. Mr. Highsmith served his country in the fields of Munitions, Cryptographic Communications, Intelligence and Acquisition. In his last position, he served as the Deputy, Program Executive Officer for Special Programs at Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command. He served in Texas, Colorado, Georgia, and Florida. In addition, he has had tours in Central America, South America, Germany, and England – including combat tours in other geographical locations.

In industry Mr. Highsmith served in a variety of positions. He was L-3s Vice President of Combatant Command Solutions and L-3’s Special Operations Forces Working Group Chairman. He led L-3’s Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) team focused on Distributing Computing, Applications Management and Specialty Services. In addition, he was the Director of the Military Space Business Unit at Honeywell, Inc. His team successfully integrated advanced guidance technology into the Air Force’s Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Program, the Navy’s TRIDENT Program, the Missile Defense Agency’s Terminal High Altitude Area Defense Weapon Program, and Air Force Research Lab’s Mobile Command and Control Vehicle. Lastly, as Director of Special Programs for Quantum Technology Sciences, Inc., he successfully led the integration and test of Seismic, Acoustic, and Hydro-acoustic sensor technology and communication’s architectures supporting government customer requirements overseas.

Mr. Highsmith holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Management from Florida Institute of Technology. He and his wife Sharon reside in Tampa, Florida.
