Vice President / Division Manager
Scott Ferguson serves as Vice President of Fulcrum IT and Manager of the Enterprise Solutions Division. He is responsible for the management of Fulcrum IT’s contracts with the Department of Education, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Federal Housing Finance Agency, and the Department of Transportation. Mr. Ferguson is the executive sponsor of Fulcrum’s CMMI process improvement efforts, and provides management oversight to Fulcrum’s Cyber Security and Software Development practice areas.
Mr. Ferguson has 25 years of executive management experience with large systems integrators providing high-end information technology solutions to the Federal Civilian market. He builds strong teams that exceed industry standards in performance and delivers high customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, multiple customers recognized his teams for outstanding performance and technical achievement. He is a resourceful decision maker who combines robust leadership and organizational skills with the ability to direct high-level business affairs. Mr. Ferguson has a successful record of streamlining operations, maximizing productivity, and transforming support organizations into vital, efficient, and responsive organizations.
Prior to joining Fulcrum IT, Mr. Ferguson served as the Senior Vice President of Federal Civilian services for Apptis Inc. Prior to Apptis, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Services at BTG, Inc. He has also held various positions at the U.S. Senate. Mr. Ferguson's experience also includes developing program management, service desk, enterprise support, and telecommunications solutions.
Mr. Ferguson graduated from the College of Wooster in Ohio where he earned an undergraduate degree in history.
