Vice President of Business Development
Prior to joining Fulcrum, Mr. Diller served in a variety of positions. He retired from the Army in 2005 after a successful career as a Military Intelligence Officer. During this time, he worked on various assignments that included Battalion through Army-Level Intelligence Operations and served as Chief of the Army’s G2’s Initiative Group, Deputy Commander of the 501st MI BDE (Korea), and Military Intelligence Battalion Commander. Following his retirement, Ken deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan several times to provide critical reinforcement to the ongoing efforts. He established several significant programs that include Intelligence-related systems development and integration, Operational Intelligence support and Biometrics collection system development and deployment in support of Army and National Intelligence Programs. His expertise and skills include Army Intelligence Training, Intelligence Requirements Development, Tactical-Strategic Intelligence Operations, Force Modernization processes, and business development and proposal processes.
In 2005, he joined Oberon, followed by Stanley, and CGI (through acquisitions) as the Vice President of Army & Intelligence Operations and was primarily responsible for managing and growing Intelligence and Army related programs throughout the Intelligence Community and the Army. Most recently, he worked for Titania Solutions and focused primarily on DoD and Federal Healthcare business development.
Ken graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. in Business Communications. He is also a graduate of the Defense Intelligence College Post Graduate (Master’s) Intelligence Program and also earned a Master’s degree in Military Art and Science (MMAS-Intelligence) from the Army’s Command and General Staff College.
