Chief Executive Officer / President
Jeff Handy serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Fulcrum. With over 25 years of technology and corporate growth experience, Mr. Handy is a seasoned executive who is able to deliver systems and services for the intricate and complex client environments. As President of Fulcrum, Mr. Handy provides the overall vision for the company. He is responsible for company performance, growth, and emerging initiatives. Under his leadership, Fulcrum has transformed from a reseller of commercial products to a leading professional services firm supporting government clients. Mr. Handy represents Fulcrum at numerous professional forums which support defense, civilian, intelligence, and commercial customers.
Before joining the company, Mr. Handy served as Vice President and Director of Business Development for Defense and Intelligence Systems for BTG, Inc. In this role, he led BD, Capture, Sales and Proposals supporting intelligence agency and unified command programs that provided network and systems engineering support, data mining, decision support systems, data fusion and C4ISR. Previously, Mr. Handy spent over six years working in the Naval Research Laboratory's Information Systems Division providing insight and support for battle management, anti-submarine warfare, the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) and Massively Parallel Computing (MPC) research.
Mr. Handy currently serves on the Boards of several other technology firms. He is also serving on the Executive Committee of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). Mr. Handy is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) where he has served as Chairman and currently serves on its Executive Committee.
Mr. Handy holds a master's degree in Information Systems from George Mason University as well as degrees in Accounting, Management, and Computer Science from Bluefield State College. He and his wife Kimberly reside in Fairfax Station, Virginia.
